Running technique sessions are for both new runners who may be looking to learn the basics and gain confidence as well as experienced athletes who struggle with injury or who want to improve their running economy.
If you are a new runner, why not start your relationship with running knowing that you have built good foundations through technique. Or it may be that you’ve been running for a while but would like some feedback to know that what you are doing is along the right lines, equally you may have experienced some problems which is halting your progress.
For more experienced runners who struggle with injuries or niggles these could be attributed to poor technique. Or you may be looking to improve your speed by working on your form.
We will take a personalised approach to looking and recording your current technique and giving you tried and tested methods to change and improve. We’ll give small take aways during your first session, but sustainable change to your technique will take time through self and coached practice. Our follow up report as well as future sessions will provide you with the structure to make lasting changes to your running.
