Training programmes

We offer personalised training programmes, be it for your first 5km or to gain a PB at a major event such as a marathon. Whilst training programmes can be found online these will rarely give you the level of personalisation and follow up support you require to execute them successfully. We offer an initial call, or email where we discuss your goals, current training, opportunity to train and other lifestyle factors. From there we create a programme with you which is achievable. We can stop there, but our preferred way of working with runners is to continue the communication virtually or in person via regular sessions so we can answer any questions and hear your progress. Options for support packages can be found below.

16 week Marathon Training Plan £110

12 week Half Marathon or 10km Training Plan £95

  • 12 week personalised plan with each session clearly detailed for you to follow.
  • Option to review the plan in case of injury or illness.

 

8 week 10km or 5km Training Plan £75

  • Initial email or call to discuss your goals, current training, opportunity to train and other lifestyle factors.
  • 8 week personalised plan with each session clearly detailed for you to follow.
  • Option to review the plan in case of injury or illness.

 

Virtual Coach – monthly fee £60

For all distances and personal challenges.

  • Personalised plan with each session detailed for you to follow.
  • Coach support on email giving opportunity for feedback, advice and questions.
  • Advice on injury prevention and core strength.
