“After a 2 year break from running I was keen to get back out and build my fitness again. Joining a group felt like a great way to help me commit to running regularly and to get advice. I’m so pleased I joined Elkie’s group! Elkie is really impressive; she’s always ready with answers, ideas and motivation; and always mixes things up, so that sessions are interesting and fun – no matter what level of fitness or speed you’re at. The session covers several areas which I find interesting and helpful in my improvement. In particular I enjoy learning about technique which has helped my times and focus no end. It’s nice to feel that running is part of my life again and each week I look forward to being out in the park training with the group.”
