Saturday morning running group at 0830-0930am held in Mayow and Sydenham Wells Parks, SE26 on a rotation basis.
Sessions consist of drills, technique pointers, varied paced running to develop stamina and speed and ends with a core workout.
Both beginner and intermediate runners are welcome.
Buy a block of sessions which can be taken flexibly over a number of weeks.
